Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our platform. They allow our systems to recognise your browser, remember certain preferences, and maintain a secure, functioning session as you navigate between pages. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies we use, why we use them, and the choices available to you.
| Category | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Essential | Required for core platform functionality, including secure login, session management, and CSRF protection. The platform cannot operate correctly without these. |
| Functional | Remember your preferences, such as display settings, to provide a more consistent experience across visits. |
| Analytical | Help us understand how the platform is used in aggregate, allowing us to identify and resolve issues and improve overall performance. |
| Security | Support fraud prevention and account protection by helping us detect unusual or unauthorised access patterns. |
Because essential cookies are required for secure authentication and session integrity, disabling them through your browser will prevent you from logging in or using core features of the BD Broker platform. We recommend leaving essential cookies enabled at all times while using our services.
Most web browsers allow a degree of control over cookies through their settings. You may configure your browser to notify you when a cookie is being set, or to refuse cookies from certain or all websites. Please note that restricting non-essential cookies should not affect your ability to use the platform, whereas restricting essential cookies will materially impair functionality.
BD Broker does not use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking purposes. Any analytical cookies in use are limited to understanding platform performance and are not used to build advertising profiles or shared with advertising networks.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or applicable legal requirements. Any material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and we encourage you to review this page periodically.
